Media Dump: A collection of Items i consumed this week
Hello Blog,
Today's a break from the office - a very well-deserving break from all the clutter and chaos. I am finding some solace in reading some good articles, and watching some advertisements, and movies. Here are my top favourites. I hope you enjoy reading this thread.

Must Watch Advertisement:
An activity I thoroughly enjoy in the office is Monday matinee - a 45-minute long break from office work to review case studies and ads. I learnt so much, from such good work done by various agencies.
My top pick for this week is:
AD Campaign: The First Speech
Agency: INNOCEAN BERLIN
A three-part thought-provoking ad campaign centred around the idea of 'promises leaders of Russia, Turkey, and Venezuela made when they were first-elected into power'. These leaders throughout their run transformed the political atmosphere in their respective countries to an authoritarian or a dictator rule. What I liked about this film was that visually they had shown people from all walks of life listening very hopefully to the 'so-called democratic promises' made and the key communication message being: "The loss of freedom is never obvious at first". Simple, clear and yet impactful. Old-school advertising is so back! (or should I be careful in saying this, stay tuned for the next blog post).

Must Watch Movie:
Name: Man In Love
Available: On Netflix

Source: Some site on Google images
I can't describe how cute this movie is!! A debt collector falls in love with a woman in massive debt and forces her to be with him in the form of repayment. It might sound problematic, but the love story is so beautiful and tragic. This movie is so Bollywood in the 90s.

Tweets that described the past week:
New Features I came across and found interesting:
The automated tweet feature caught my attention when a famous meme page (meme mandir) was given a shout-out from Donald J. Trump's official Twitter account. I was perplexed by this multiverse of madness-level collaboration. But quickly figured it was an automated tweet. This feature seems like so much fun and a great power tool to spread campaign awareness by directly reaching out to accounts that are supporting Donald J. Trump. Utterly fascinating!
